Tracy Ballard, Counsellor and ADHD Coach

I'm Tracy. I will meet you human to human as we explore what has brought you to therapy, whether that be an event, a need for change, or a wish to make sense of a feeling.

I can help you get to know yourself by exploring the different parts of you and the patterns that may be holding you back, and find a way forward.

I have a special interest in working with individuals who want to examine their relationships, whether with themselves or others. I also have experience in working with people who are neurodivergent, whether that is diagnosed or suspecting they may be, and I work in a neuro-affirming way. I am also a quailfied ADHD life coach.

I'm Sarah, Emotional Resilience Coach Relaxation, Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor.

I help perfectionists and over-givers who are burnt out and stuck, build their resilience, self-belief and confidence so that they get to enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life and career with purpose, and on their terms. I know that no matter your age or circumstances, change is possible. It might not always be easy, but it is within your reach.

Nik (Nicola Godbold) Counsellor

I’m Nik (Nicola Godbold), and I’m a qualified and registered therapist for people aged 14+. I truly love helping people grow and embrace positive change. Whether there is anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, a specific problem or mental wellbeing goals impacting your life, I am here to support you in stepping towards them.

I’ve learned from my own experiences that being human can be quite a tough journey at times. That’s why I believe it’s so important to connect with someone who can be real with us, challenge our perspectives, and support us in finding our potential for change. After all, if we keep doing the same things, we’re bound to get the same results!

I am passionate about promoting inclusivity in therapy, which is why I have trained as a National Autism Trainer. This role allows me to raise awareness about autism and its impacts in professional settings. I firmly believe that everyone deserves access to tailored support that meets their unique needs.

I am human and I bring that into the room with my personal experience. Real talk combined with the right kind of support can really boost personal growth… so lets get started! Over to you!
